I haven't posted in a million years, but we can catch up later. 

First we need to talk about the curry that I made tonight. (I made curry! And it was edible!!)

Chickpea and Tempeh Curry served with black rice. With legit minced garlic and jalapeño. From scratch!! Vegan and delicious! I'm pretty excited about it!
